Waste Management, Inc. Since leaving Waste Management in 1996,

Mr. Harshberger has expanded R.B. Jergens’ geographical footprint – which now covers the Midwest, the South and the Southeastern sections of the U.S. Kevin has developed an exceptional, technically-proficient, project management and field execution staff that allows R.B. Jergens to tackle the most challenging environmental heavy-civil construction projects. While R.B.
